Kasey grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations. After working in the business world for 5 years, she decided to go back to school to pursue a career in nursing. In 2011, she received her Masters of Science in Nursing with a women’s health specialty from Vanderbilt University.
Upon graduation, Kasey moved to Lynchburg, Virginia to work in a Federally Qualified Health Center. During her time there, she had the opportunity to go on a women’s health surgical trip to Malawi, Africa where she saw patients at a local clinic, witnessed several surgeries and even helped deliver a few babies. Deciding Virginia was too far from her family, She made the move to Peachtree City in 2013 and began working at Southern Crescent Women’s HealthCare.
In her free time, Kasey enjoys CrossFit, tennis, University of Tennessee football, reading and spending time with her family-especially her 6 nieces and nephews.
