The following is a letter from Dr. Lynch-Miller who is announcing her retirement from medical practice, encompassing over 30 years in total and nearly 23 with Southern Crescent Women’s Healthcare.

Dear Patients,

I have enjoyed my nearly 23 years at Southern Crescent Women’s Healthcare and will miss you all as I announce my retirement from medical practice in March 2019.

I will always appreciate the loving acceptance into this community by friends, neighbors, co-workers, and colleagues.

My career encompassing over 30 years in total has been filled with a full range of patients from teens through pregnancies and our maturing population of women. It has been wonderful, challenging, and rewarding hard work and service.

Also, my thanks for the management and safety improvement opportunities afforded me by Ob-Gyn Assoc of Northern Indiana, Southern Regional Medical Center and the Southern Crescent organization.

I am joining my husband in his retirement, and we will be returning to our roots in Western New York and Northern Ontario to be closer for family care needs both elder and new (and future)  young ones. (Yes, I see a new winter coat and snow boots in my future!)

I leave you all in the excellent hands of my partners and coworkers at Southern Crescent Women’s Healthcare where your health and well being are their priority.

Sharon Lynch-Miller
