Dr. Michelle Uzor, MD, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who joined Southern Crescent Women’s Healthcare in early 2025. Dr. Uzor’s devotion to patient education and advocacy is at the heart of her practice. She is passionate about both high- and low-risk obstetrics, fibroid management (including non-surgical and surgical options), PCOS, and menopause management.
Dr. Uzor completed her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish at the University of Georgia. She then earned her medical degree and completed her residency training at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident. During her residency, she received several awards, including the “Excellence in Student Education” and “Most Compassionate Physician.”
